Course Description

This course is designed to train all STME/ASTMEs and individuals identified for progression into those roles. It is designed to develop a person’s knowledge, understanding technical skills and management skills. It is therefore particularly suited to persons required to prove their capability in these areas. The course consists of 3 technical modules: Failure & Incident Testing (SFI) Level 3 Signal Sighting Managing Functionally Equivalent Design The Leadership and Non-technical skills relating to the role are explored in scenario based discussions.
